General Provisions and Definitions

1.1 Introduction

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the js9 platform and all its users. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on js9, each applicant must meet the following conditions:

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
• All personal information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address used for registration must belong to the member.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

js9 may at any time ask a member to submit documents to verify their identity. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until this verification process is complete. If a member fails to provide the correct documents, the account may be temporarily restricted.

2.3 Registration Cancellation

If any information is found to be false or incomplete, js9 reserves the right to close that account without notice and to forfeit the balance.

Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Protection of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password completely confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone. js9 will never ask for your password by phone or email.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you notice any sign of unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the js9 support team immediately. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity on the account — js9 will not be liable for losses resulting from third-party access.

3.3 Single-User Policy

Each account is for the use of one real person only. Transferring, selling, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

js9 currently supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks) can be used for both deposits and withdrawals.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before withdrawing these bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; to withdraw this bonus, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• A member may not claim the same promotion more than once, unless the promotion description explicitly permits it.
• Using any loopholes or strategies to claim bonuses improperly will result in the bonus being cancelled and action being taken against the account.
• js9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus funds may only be used for regular gaming and betting — placing bets using any form of hedging or risk-free strategy will result in the bonus being cancelled.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet is confirmed due to a technical error or incorrect information, js9 reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Odds Changes

In live betting, odds may change according to market conditions. The odds in effect at the time your bet is accepted will apply.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake placed on that event will be returned to the member's account. If an event is postponed and does not resume within the specified time, the bet will be voided.

6.4 Maximum Winnings Limit

js9 reserves the right to set a maximum payable win per bet or per day. This limit may vary by betting market and game type.

6.5 Casino and Slot Games

js9's casino and slot games are operated by third-party game providers. The random number generator (RNG) used to determine game results is independently tested. If a technical error causes incorrect results to be displayed in any game, the correct result will apply and incorrect winnings will not be paid.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 General Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on js9:

• Playing games or placing bets through dishonest means or manipulation.
• Exploiting weaknesses in the platform's software, algorithms, or systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots or scripts for betting or gaming.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Taking unfair advantage of the bonus system — such as opening multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the welcome bonus, or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or the same device — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 js9's Rights

js9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If suspicious or unusual activity is observed on the account.
• If false information has been provided.
• At the direction of a law enforcement authority.

8.2 Member's Rights

Any member may request closure of their own account at any time through support. Before the account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, provided the closure is not due to a breach of terms and conditions.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If no transactions occur for an extended period (12 months or more), js9 may mark that account as inactive. The member will be notified regarding the balance of an inactive account.
